Carla Pfahl is an Outreach & Instruction librarian and the Coordinator of AskMN, Minnesota's statewide 24/7 virtual reference service. As a consortial librarian with Minitex, Carla enjoys working to support libraries, librarians, and library services across Minnesota. Along with her M.L.I.S. degree from St. Catherine University, she also has a Certificate of Project Management from the University of Minnesota's College of Continuing and Professional Studies.
