Chris Magnusson is a former Librarian with the Arrowhead Library System and the Hibbing Public Library and also served in the United States Marine Corps from 1984-1991. Since 2010 she has been active in the veteran community in Northeastern Minnesota. During 2020-2022 Magnusson was a member of the Libraries and Veterans National Forum committee created through an IMLS grant to create a toolkit for librarians desiring to develop programming with a focus on their veteran and military communities.
