Chip Gehring is an Adult and Teen Services Librarian at the Hosmer Library in South Minneapolis. They are a founder of the Social Justice Community of Practice at the Hennepin County Library, which brings staff of all job classes together to disrupt systems of inequity by sharing tools, information, and support. Chip is also the chair and co-founder of the Hennepin County Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming Employee Resource Group.
