Elizabeth Proell, HR Generalist, identifies, develops and coordinates training opportunities to enhance staff performance and organizational effectiveness for the Great River Regional Library system. Elizabeth has created an efficient On-Boarding and Orientation program for 45 positions within the organization, created a Training Events Page (TEP) that lists current available development opportunities for staff, and created a "Question of the Month" database training program designed to help participants learn skills or knowledge about GRRL's databases that they can adapt for use with their own library or in their personal life.
