Kelsey Johnson-Kaiser

Kelsey Johnson Kaiser works with youth services staff as well as children and families in Saint Paul, MN, and has also worked in Columbus, WI, and La Crosse, WI. She is passionate about engaging in thoughtful, intentional work to strengthen and focus services for children and families. She especially enjoys reading books for school agers and teens and connecting them with eager (and not-so-eager) readers. She loves creating fun, learning-based programs and working with other community organizations to take the library outside its own walls. Kelsey is the Chair of the ALSC Managing Children's Services Committee, and has served on the board of the Youth Services Section of the WI Library Association and as president of the Friends of the Cooperative Children's Book Center in Madison, WI.
