Marge Loch-Wouters is recently retired after a 40 year career as a children's librarian and manager. She continues to work as a youth consultant and educator and has presented numerous classes, workshops and webinars on innovative youth services and challenging issues in youth services. She is active in national and state associations, currently serving on the WI Library Association board as vice president and as a Priority Group Chair for the Association for Library Service to Children. Marge was honored as the 2010 Wisconsin Librarian of the Year and blogs at Tiny Tips for Library Fun http://tinytipsforlibraryfun.blogspot.com/
