Monica Stratton is the lead librarian for children's services at the Ramsey County Library. She also serves as branch manager for the library in North St. Paul. As part of the children's team at Ramsey County Library she has been involved with incorporating nature and outdoor play/learn experiences for young patrons at all branches. As an advocate for nature education with young children she has led programs at the library and facilitated partnerships with local organizations that promote outdoor education.
