Phoebe Larson serves as Communications and Digital Services Director for Saint Paul Public Library (SPPL). Prior to assuming her role with SPPL, Larson worked in communications for higher education, the Metropolitan Airports Commission, and as an independent consultant to nonprofit and governmental organizations, advertising agencies, and corporations. She holds a BA in English from Bates College and a MA in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota.
