Sara Ring works at Minitex, a publicly supported network of all types of libraries working cooperatively to improve library service for their users. She provides training and consultation related to digitization, digital preservation, and metadata. She recently led the volunteer project to digitize the MLA archives (1891 - 2005) and has conducted 20 interviews with library leaders through the Minitex oral history project. Sara has an M.A. in Library and Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
