Head of Acquisitions and Resource Management
Sarah Beth Weeks received her MLS from Clarion University. She has worked in library systems and technical services for over 10 years. She has spent the past seven years as Head of Acquisitions and Resource Management at St Olaf College. She has served in a leadership capacity for several major system migrations as well as staff reorganizations and re-allocations. She believes in working with staff and administrators to provide better service through standardization of practices, cross-training, collaboration, engaging new technologies and outsourcing work when appropriate. Team-building and change management are two of her passions.
