Tom Cytron-Hysom

Tom Cytron-Hysom is a consultant specializing in Adult Basic Education, with an emphasis on distance learning and digital literacy.  He currently facilitates the St. Paul Community Literacy Consortium, works as a consultant with the statewide ABE Distance Learning Supplemental Services grant, coordinates the Northstar Digital Literacy Initiative, and serves as state manager for the Learner Web Project.
