Tracy Baumann is the Library Manager at Saint Paul Public Library's Arlington Hills Library and has worked for SPPL for nine years in varying capacities, including stints as the library manager at Riverview and Saint Anthony Park libraries. In addition to her MLS, Tracy has an M.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications and worked as the editor of the University of St. Catherine's newspaper before joining SPPL.
