Tricia has worked in libraries since before she could drive. Starting her professional career in a small library gave her the chance to see all the different pieces that make up youth librarianship. She enjoys providing services for toddlers through teenagers, but especially likes shaking up programs and services to provide something new and different to patrons all the time.
